Charissa Thompson was born in Seattle, Washington on the 4th of May, 1982. Thompson is among the most well-known and wealthy sportscasters. ESPN analyst was tapped to take on to co-host SportsNation during the year 2012. She was the host of the ABC show Splash together with Joey Lawrence. She and co-hosted the ABC show Splash along with Joey Lawrence.. Thompson was born in and brought up in Seattle Washington. Three years younger than her siblings, she decided she would like to become a broadcaster at the age of three. She was a student at Inglemoor High School, Kenmore Washington. Thompson transferred from Washington to California in order to enroll in a community college. Thompson also obtained California residency. She transferred later to the University of California Santa Barbara and graduated with the B.A. In 2004 she received a B.A. with a major in Law and Society. Thompson clarifies that she didn't attended Washington State University (WSU), as Sports Illustrated claimed.
